🔹 Directions for Use

1. Weigh 57.6 g of the medium powder, add into 1000 mL distilled water, heat and boil until fully dissolved.
2. Add rust-free iron nails or iron filings accounting for 1/10 of the total medium volume.
3. Perform autoclaving at 116°C for 40 minutes.
4. Cool to room temperature and set aside for use.
