🔹 Directions for Use
- Suspend 41.4 g of the medium powder in 1000 mL of distilled water.
- Heat to boiling to completely dissolve the powder.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 116°C for 40 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature before inoculation.
🔹 Microbial Sensitivity Test
Test Protocol: Inoculate the QC strain and incubate at 36±1°C for 18–24 hours.
