Rapid Response Drug of Abuse Test Kit by Baibo Biotechnology
The Rapid Response Drug of Abuse Test Kit is a rapid visual immunoassay designed for the qualitative, presumptive detection of drugs of abuse in human urine specimens at specified cut-off concentrations. This test kit is essential for clinical laboratories, providing accurate and reliable results for various substances.
Precautions for Use:

Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not use the test if the foil pouch is damaged. Do not reuse tests.
This kit contains products of animal origin. Handle with usual safety precautions.
Avoid cross-contamination by using a new specimen collection container for each specimen.
Read the entire procedure carefully prior to testing.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke in the area where specimens and kits are handled. Handle all specimens as if they contain infectious agents.
Humidity and temperature can adversely affect results.
Discard used testing materials in accordance with local regulations.
Instructions:
Bring tests, specimens, and/or controls to room temperature (15-30°C or 59-86°F) before use.
Remove the test from its sealed pouch, and place it on a clean, level surface. Label the test with patient or control identification. For best results, perform the assay within one hour.
Take off the cap outside of the test end. With arrows pointing toward the urine specimen, immerse the test panel vertically into the urine specimen for at least 10-15 seconds. Do not pass the arrows on the test panel when immersing the panel.
Place the test panel on a non-absorbent flat surface, start the timer, and wait for the red line(s) to appear. Read the results at 5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.
Performance Characteristics:
Accuracy: The accuracy of the Rapid Response Drugs of Abuse Test Device was compared against commercially available tests with a threshold value at the same cut-off levels. The results were >99.9% in agreement.
Reproducibility: Verified by blind tests performed at four different locations. Samples with drug/metabolite concentrations at 50% of the cut-off were negative, while samples at 200% of the cut-off were positive.
Precision: Determined by blind tests with control solutions. Controls with drug/metabolite concentrations at 50% of the cut-off yielded negative results, and controls at 150% of the cut-off yielded positive results.
