Test Principles

The SARS-COV-2 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a immunochromatographic assay.If the sample contains an IgG/IgM antibody of SARS-CoV-2, the antibody will bind to the colloidal gold-la- beled SARS-CoV-2 antigen, and the immune complex will be captured by the monoclonal anti-human IgG antibody or monoclonal IgM antibody immobilized on the nitrocellulose membrane to form a purple/red G line or M line, showing that the sample is positive for IgG or IgM antibody.

Procedure

Add 10 ul of the sample (whole blood, serum or plasma)	Place 2 drops of buffer into the sample well	Read the results within 15 minutes
